Battery Style Drum Articulation Midi Effect

Post by MFRedoom » Fri Apr 17, 2015 9:05 pm

Does anyone out there know if such a device is possible or exists already? I have done a little searching with different keywords but haven't come up with anything yet. Any feedback on this would be most appreciated and I would also like to help pay for this to be part of the device collection if nessecary.

Thanks all,

JR

Yes!!!
I used battery briefly waaaay back in the day but recently saw this feature used in a video and was surprised that some max genius ( wink wink to all the max masters out there ) hasn't built something like this for drum racks. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_QOhemES57M

It seems to me that the Battery Articulation effects are not MIDI but playback modes for their Sample engine - although one can realize most of these things via MIDI...
