random M4L preset/instrument loading device

Dear and honored Max4Live Users!

I´m using Live for years now but i have no experience in scripting whatsoever.

But theres is an idea I´m having and I id like to know if:

*) you could guide and help me to find a finished device that does that - m4l.com does not have anything like that
*) you help me if theres a possibility to script something like that for everybody to use
*) you tell me where to find freelancers for scripting the desired device

Heres a short description:

I need a small device that either :

*) randomly loads a new preset from the actual folder the current instrument on the actual track is in (packs, instruments)
*) or randomly loads a preset (even if its a new kind of instrument) from the sounds-folders in the library (synth leads, pads, etc...)

when i push a button on it for single track reloading - or reloads all the tracks at once

Id love to have a Ableton powered "groovebox" i can play with that totally reloads and recombines sounds for me by itself so i "have to" combine sounds that i never would have loaded into my tracks in that combination myself. Kind of a must-improvisation every time.
