error dependencylist: doesn't understand addpackage

A customer recently bought a copy of our Amalgam instrument: http://www.moonechoaudio.com/amalgam/
The instrument has a little error reporting window and he’s getting this:
"error dependencylist: doesn’t understand addpackage"
Live 9.2
Max 7.0.4
Windows 7 SP1 64 bit Home Premium

Fortunately, the error doesn’t seem to actually be causing any problems, but I’d like to get some ideas as to what might be causing this.
I haven’t seen any information about it online, and I never encountered it on the various test computers during development, so I don’t know where to start.
