Who do I ask for support for max for live packs bought in the ableton shop? I'm having a problem with IRCAMAX 1 SuperVPSynth. The waveform area to select regions is not available as its covered by a grey box. Yosemite, latest live , latest max. Good if a demo was available .Thanks

Probably written in Max6 and your using Max7??

Thanks , yes I'm using max 7. The product page says 6 and above so its annoying . 4 days now since logging a support call ! I can't see it's going to be fixed anytime soon. Does ableton do refunds on pack purchases ?
