Where are the Max for Live Essentials Lessons stored?

I want to re-read the lessons on the new synths in the version 9.5 update, can't find the lessons anywhere. Thanks....

If you mean right click the pack in the finder, all that does is reveal a context menu, and none of the options in that menu lead to the Lessons file.
