IRs in M4L's Convolution Reverb Pro randomly mutes sound

Anybody know how to prevent M4L's Convolution Reverb Pro from randomly muting ones sound?

Can you be more specific? I use that all the time, never had any issues with muting. What are you seeing, when does this usually happen?
