m4l devices cause live to crash

First, I'm running windows 10, i5 4690, 8gb ram.

And surely my live and max are newest version.

Everytime I try to use m4l devices, an error message pop up(A serious program error has occurred.~) and live shut down.

I have formatted my pc, reinstalled live and max but nothing really changed.

Of course I sent a crash report to support, they kept talking about reinstalling live and max.

I've just tried compatible mode(+ run as administrator)

did u insttall max before live? install live first then max
