Yes GeoSynth is played via MIDI, if you use it with Push drop a drumrack after the device and it'll light the pads for effecting the shape...

Are these going to be available as separate add-ons? I have Spectral One already and I'm only interested in reTEX at the moment. Will it be possible to purchase this as a single add-on to add to my current devices?

That's a shame. I figured the whole point of the environment was that I could add new 'separate' visual devices to it, instead of having to purchase a whole pack each time.

We'll be making older packs available as separate devices as we update them in the next few weeks, this one will be a while before it's available separately...

Feedback from user has been that the packs are more popular the the Solos devices.... But we'll be addressing that in time... Just not enough hours in the week....
