So, whenever i bounce a track with the arp there's a major delay on that track. Also happens when freezing the track.
Any ideas?
Mixdown issue with the official M4L Arp (formerly Arp One).

Record the MIDI to a new track and play it back with clips rather than Live...

that's what i've been doing, it just makes any future chord changes really annoying. really wish there was an arp to end all arps, i mean the abes stock arp is so very old and limited and this m4l arp is definitely better but still missing a lot of features.
