Which devices with Max For Live separate license?

Post by Stromkraft » Thu Nov 23, 2017 12:54 pm

I tried to find info what devices that comes with a separate purchase of Max For Live. Anyone can point me to a source?

With Suite you get these MFL devices:
  • Arp
  • Bass
  • Buffer Shuffler 2
  • Convolution Reverb
  • Convolution Reverb Pro
  • Device Randomizer
  • DrumSynth
  • Envelope
  • Envelope Follower
  • Expression Control Envelope
  • LFO
  • LFO Midi
  • Instant House
  • Map8
  • MIDI Monitor
  • Mono Sequencer
  • Multi
  • Multimap
  • Note Echo
  • Poli
  • XY Pad
I wouldn't want to be without those devices in bold.

But, do all of these also come with the separate Max For Live license? Omissions? Additions?

I currently own Suite and I know no-one with Standard plus MFL, so wouldn't know. I'm contemplating selling and instead upgrade my Intro license to Standard plus Sampler and Max For Live.

Please advice if you know about this.

The content is going to be the same, because the content really isn’t what you’re paying for in the first place.

Stromkraft, are you on the Live 10 beta? Because the L10 Beta access is only available to Live 9 Suite owners

it might get awkward for you if you sell before "early Next Year"

Yes, I am. Thanks for pointing this out. I think I can upgrade my Intro at once though and I'm fine not using the beta, even if I find this to be absolutely great. It's fun and I want to give feedback and all, but time is limited anyway.

Well, but Suite has presets, sounds and packs that technically could be part of Standard as well, no? And some paid for MFL pack could be part of Suite only. But if it isn't that's great of course.
