Articulation change M4l plugin for Kontakt

Post by mareproduction » Thu Mar 01, 2018 2:19 pm

Hello
After lots of years making electronic music, I start to learn orchestration. Ableton is always be my daw of choice but making large orchestration in Kontakt and changing articulations (like: legato, trill, staccato..) in lots of instruments is very slow in Ableton. Fl have nice plugin called "BRSO Articulate" who speed picking articulation and you dont need draw midi notes for change articulation in midi clip. Is it possible to make something similar in M4L? I dont wanna change DAW becuse of one plugin.

Here is short Yt video how that plugin work:

Yep, pretty easy. You need to patch a m4l midi device that sends the correct CCs to Kontakt.
example for a symphobia patch:

Hi [jur], thanks for your feedback and m4l example.
It let‘s me automate/change articulations (in clip automation envelopes). However compared to the (user experience of the) referenced FL plugin it comes not even close. No offence - I would have expected a more complete approach to solve this request, as using articulations is quite common...
