Isotonik follow crashes liveset

A while ago i bought isotonik ‘follow’ device. Love it! (Strange that ableton doesn,t have this function build in)
Anyway, everytime i save and close a liveset or try to open a new liveset my liveset crashes due this mfl device.
Every liveset without the device is fine.
Contacted isotonik support but they say others users don,t have problems and to contact ableton which seems strange to me. Anyone else has this problem?

I've definitely had crash problems with Isotonik products before, so you're not alone there. I just ended up moving on - I couldn't risk performances over it.

JAMM, on the other hand we're still awaiting details of what Ableton support have responded on the crash, as explained in the Support Ticket we don't have the ability to read crash reports.
