Max For Live Device: Image to Audio

Hi there. I've found nothing on the internet but I wonder if there is any M4L device which do image to audio like CamelAudio Alchemy or Image Lines Harmor.

Not quite sure about "image to audio". Just checked Alchemy and it's a VST, don't see a way you can add an image file and it converts that to audio.
