Midi CC Change

Hi,
I want to change some midi messages from, for example, CC4 to CC50.
The first thing I was thinking is a M4L device that listen to incoming midi messages and remap them to whatever CC you want.
Do you know a device that does this?

Went to maxforlive.com, searched for "CC map" and these three popped up. If you have never been to maxforlive.com, you should go check it out...it took me about 30 seconds to get this information.
