Is there a way to jump to a track and show it in the view?

Hi
I am creating an orchestral template in live and trying to create a custom controller using TouchOSC and max4live.
I just want to be able to select a track by its name(which I have already figured out using m4l and JavaScript) but I couldn't find a way to show the track in the view. I have read through the API documentation and find no way to tell me if a track is showing(means that user can see it in the current view on screen) in the current view(arrangement or session)
I have tried track's visible property which only tells me if it's folded. I also tried song's visible_tracks property that is also useless to me...
Is there a way to scroll the view to show the track I requested using m4l and JavaScript?
Thanks!
