[bug] Step divider

Hi!
Step Divider is amazing. Finally we can program complex polyrhythms from the push2.
I have noticed the following bugs:
- On "Rate" and "Division" encoder 1 (rate1/division1) is linked to the top row. On "Notes" encoder 1 (note1) it's linked to the bottom row.
- The value of "Rate" and "Division" on the Push2 does not match the setting in the device. It is very often 1 too high or too low.
Is anybody else experiencing this?
