Ableton Forum

I mean, we could dream of a place where lot's of patches are shared, people helping each other and sharing knowledge, tips & tricks and idea.
It's kind of boring here, isn't it ?

Maybe there should be a forum at maxforlive.com ?

Sure it's not as vibrant as it was during the first years of maxforlive, where so much people joined in and were so much hungry to learn.
Probably because people interested in M4L have gained knowledge and don't come here that often anymore;
probably because asking on the C74 forum is more handy and resourceful,
probably because of social medias,
probably because Push is so well implemented compared to APCs and Launchpads and so users don't reach to m4l that often to customise...

Well, that's sad.
I guess this feeling goes with the ableton forum in general. I remember 10 years ago, I was excited by so many discussions.
Maybe I'm just old, and need to move to the cycling74 forums, where old people hang out.

Well, I can't deny feeling the same sometimes.

I guess most people are in facebook groups like Max/MSP and Max for Live Users

there's no actual link to the forums anywhere on the ableton site. could be a factor.
