Where is the Mono sequencer? can't find in Ableton 10 suite?

Hi Guys, I'm very new to ableton (so far, finding the learning curve ridiculous ... I've come from a Logic Pro Background)

Basics, I'm running a Mac and have a purchased and installed Ableton 10 suite (start of the year), I have downloaded the Packs and stuff from the website, and have installed them (to the best of my knowledge) correctly, i.e i can see lots of other packs/devices such as the probability stuff in the max for live folder

Seen some tutorials about the Max For Live MONO SEQUENCER: and I've got a couple of questions which I hope someone can help with:

1) For love nor money I can't find the MONO SEQUENCER Under Max For Live / Max For Live midi effects? and it seems to be a given that I'll find it there?
2) Once someone can point me to what I'm doing wrong I hope you guy could also advise me on the following:
• from the videos it seems that I can get the Mono sequencer to create lots of crazy patterns (great)
– But wha's the signal flow and how do "record" the performance?
– Given it's a "Random" and in theory non repeatable, if I get a "great part" i'd obviously like to keep the midi etc so I can use it in a track BUT this seems to be a midi effect? so the Midi region would be 1 note, and Mono Sequencer and all the other stuff would be "Randomly" working and spitting out audio?

Advice one how people use this and get around it?

Thanks in advance

It's from the Max for Live Essentials Pack.

You can set up and record arm another midi track that "listens" to the sequencer's track and records its midi output (MIDI from [the other track]).
