i`ve got a drumrack with 14 m4l patches (each on it`s on drumrack pad).
when i first load a empty DR and then add the patches one by one everything is working as expected, but when i try to load the saved DR (all patches incl.) all the bpatchers don`t load (embeded or not makes no difference)
i thought about developing an init routine in one patch which distributes all data to the other patches , but for this it would be essential to know the order the patches get loaded or when all patches are finished loading....?
any ideas?
thx in advance
order patches get loaded

Random thought but have you tried grouping your DR before saving ?
Also, did you freeze the device ?

Re: order patches get loaded
Haven`t tried grouping it, but don`t think that will do it (drum racks are "grouped" devices)
anyway.... going to try it later.
and no, the devices aren`t freezed as the whole thing is a WIP. 12 patches are essentially the same, only with different arguments and freezing/unfreezing makes the whole organization of the involved files a big mess. it`s also recommended from ableton to not freeze a device as long as you are working on it and only freeze it for distribution.
currently i`m trying out 110.loadinstance. a tip i got from a user in the max forum
