You can download the pack with the computer you're using here to discuss on the forum, and then transfer and install it to your Live computer.

Hello, I posted the link earlier in this thread, but here it is again:

Live only comes with Core Library Pack installed, all other Packs have to be downloaded by the user.
People just make small mistakes when typing and there are differences between Live and Max versions over the years (right now 10 vs 11 will cause a lot of confusion), you gotta be more flexible and anticipate that kinda thing.
