Hi all,
I have a Behringer X32 full size and was recently watching a youtube video where someone is automating the X32 bidirectionally with Live by using the program Osculator as bridge between the two.
I'm not new to Live, but I've never programmed anything myself in Max4Live.
My question, is there a way to, using Max4live, have bidirectional automation/control between my x32 and Live?
Automating a X32 with Max4Live?

If the X32 talks OSC, it should be doable indeed.
EDIT, found the protocol here, it seems quite well documented. https://behringerwiki.musictribe.com/in ... (/ch)_data

Now for the learning curve as I have no experience in M4L at all. I think the first step is going to be how to make a external midi instrument's fader control (bidirectionally) the channel fader of the x32 that the output of the synth that the external midi instrument is controlling is coming into the x32 on.
I suspect that I'll have some hair loss figuring this out lol.
