M4L API : possible to know if the device's chain is selected by the chain selector ?
I'm having a headache.
Is there a way, when a m4l device is in a rack chain, to know if the chain is in the currently selected range of the chain selector ?
My goal :
I noticed that when MIDI device generate MIDI by themselves, it's not blocked when the chain is not enabled by the chain selector. I want to mute the output of unselected chains.

I have exactly the same demand.
I allready filled a suggestion.
I asked too to be able with the live api to retreive the range of each chain.
C'est dommage/etrange que ce soit pas implémenté depuis longtemps..
