Multichannel VSTi's (specifically BFD2)

Post by Kingdubrock » Mon Jan 12, 2009 10:19 pm

know people hate questions like this, but I have looked really hard on both forums, in the manuals and so on and am still stuck. So if anyone feels benevolent enough to just tell me how to set it up I would be eternally grateful. Really grateful.

In an Ableton Live book and in the manual it mentions about setting it up for external instruments working for multitembral VSTi's but the diagrams dont correspond to anything I can see in the actual program and they dont say how to get to those windows.

I also couldnt find out how to set the settings in BFD2 to output multichannel in a host and I read in a thread on here that fxpansion dont plan on making tutorials on how to use BFD in host x or y.

So I am stuck.

And I'm not really a noob in audio production, just in these two programs. The learning curve is hurting my brain and I have some time constraints.

Thanks in advance!

PS, my soundcard is the M Audio Audiophile 96/24 2 channel. Could that be affecting it?

Regards,

Mark
