Bump...
Can this be done with a launchpad?
Any other solutions than using a midi-translator?
Thanks,

MIDI-mapping Device Selection?
Re: MIDI-mapping Device Selection?
This guy has nailed it
works like a charm.

You have to use shift tap tempo which isn't ideal for me. It should be possible to tweak it with python knowledge.
I am going to try and map to record quantize when I get a minute, that button has a light so will be very handy.

Re: MIDI-mapping Device Selection?
nanoKontrol has device left/right buttons (along with device on/off button, track left/right...etc.) with myralfur's script.
Re: MIDI-mapping Device Selection?
Hello all,
Has anyone succeeded to do this in 2021?
I tried with Bome translator, but looks like I can not use my controller both in Bome and Live at the same time.
I have a Vestax VCM-600 controller. This is a great and sturdy controller and enough free buttons.
How can I map a couple of buttons to jump between devices like in the APC40 (like the left-right keyboard buttons) ?
Is it possible to copy the code of the APC40 script into the VCM-600 script to overwrite some buttons?
Thanks,
