Can't help when there really is no info on what your issue is other than "audio from Ableton does not sound good at all". My only answer is it sounds good to me so can't confirm your issue there.
Could be your playback rate, export options, the way you produced your track. A link to a sample file and the details of what part isn't sounding right may help you get some answers.
