A little automation query

Is there any way to send automation from one track to another.

I will explain what i am trying to do. I am using a audio track as a fx patch i have all my main audio tracks going through it and then on the fx track i have an effects rack.

I am using dummy clips on the track and thats all fine and dandy but its getting to the point where i am just going to have this huge vertical line of dummy clips that are far longer than the other tracks.

i guess its a space saving/cpu optimising zeal driving me from just adding the same effect rack to more tracks and just using them in the same way, before i do that is there anyway to automate across tracks?
