Hi,
I'm wondering could it be real to program launchpad in a user mode this way:
two rows of pads assigned to 16 steps in the step sequencer (for triggering Impulse for example ). Then pressing step for the first time it puts the note with minimum velocity and the pad color is red, then pressing the same pad another time it turns green and changes velocity of the not in the sequencer to "medium". The same thing with third pressing of the same pad - orange color for max velocity. Finally then pressing the pad again for the last time it delete the note and the light turns off..
It would be killer feature!
What do you think?
Launchpad Velocity in Step Mode
Re: Launchpad Velocity in Step Mode
That would be just like Redrum in Reason. Each step can have 3 different velocities and they glow differently depending on where the velocity is set.
I don't have a Launchpad but I can see how that would be very useful.

Re: Launchpad Velocity in Step Mode
yah!! this would be amazing. must be possible with M4L someone should do this!
Re: Launchpad Velocity in Step Mode
Could be programmed to toggle velocity by pressing a pad more than once- ie press once, quiet, twice, medium velocity, 3 times, loud, 4 times, off again. Just a thought.

Yes, this is the idea from Reason's Redrum... !)
So, could it be real with Max 4 Live? If so, who will make it for us?
