Need smaller intervals between beats for quicker high hat

OK, so I'm making a pretty generic techno beat and I want to put some quicker high hat stuff in there. Right now, I've got a straight 16th note line with the high hat, but want to add some quicker "trills" in spots, but these 1/16 notes are the quickest Ableton will let me go now. How do I get more markers/lines for beats so I can add more hits in between hits?
