Is it possible 2 use any Ableton effects w/out opening Live?

as independent plug ins that I could use without opening Ableton?

I would love to be able to use PING PONG.

The reason why is because I often use Plug In instruments (Massive, Absynth, etc) as stand alone.

If its not possible, is there a way to route the Ableton effect to Massive but without opening Massive inside Ableton? (in other words, Massive would be open as a standalone)?
