By no means am I trying to claim out label - Solid Bump - is on some Ministry of Sound type status, but as it's popularity has rose so are the amount of demos we get. From these, I have noticed some things that either encourage us to really listen - or - toss it in a folder that we will get to when we have time.
Just some things I have noticed in my our listening patterns.

Thanks - considering doing this in the future at some point, but know absolutely nothing about it.

How long would you like something like this to be? 30sec per track or so? More/less?Another great idea that also protects your material from potential theft is to do a short mix of 4 to 6 song clips as a single streaming file. Then I get the full overview of your sound in one simple click.

I would say longer. When we first started talking to Meroz, he sent us about 9 tracks in a 20 minute clip. It was really helpful in digesting his music. We just dropped the EP from that demo and it did great on the Juno charts!Harris.Andrew wrote:Thanks - considering doing this in the future at some point, but know absolutely nothing about it.
