Prob with the 410

When pluging into either of the 2 mic/inst inputs you only get one channel of audio. Kind of sucks. What did I miss?
HP zx, P4, 3.06GHz, 1GB Ram, MAudio 410. Ableton 4, Reason 2.5, MAudio uc-33, Korg MS 2000

u didn't activate mono chanels in audio prefrences
