APC 40 Help...
I have seen in videos and read on Akai's site that if you hold the 'Shift' button on the APC40 you can press one of the 8 track selector buttons you can move to one of 8 different mappable sections on the APC40. I have not been able to do this yet. Do I need some additional software like Bome's MIDI editor? How do I do this, can anyone help??

Chances are, you might be looking at nativeKontrol:
http://www.nativekontrol.com/apC_Series.html
Or an APC20?
Orrr (don't know if anyone does this), maybe an apc40 using the apc20 features..

You could also try the APC40_22 customized remote script, which can be found on the support files page of my blog. Shift + Track buttons provide access to six User/Note mode pages, in addition to default Clip Launch and Session Overview pages.

Holy balls!
That looks insanely interesting.
I've scratched my head reading your blog before. The coding aspect just perplexes me. I am damn appreciative that you've gone through this tedious work and shared it for others

Hanz this script is awesome! Thank you so much.
You can see HERE how I am using your script to accommodate and control 16 loopers in addition to the Clip Launch views!
