SEND channel macro

hello,
is there a way to set up a macro or a default to assign a send channel. i am having trouble quickly assigning a send channel to my set up.

do you mean ctrl or apple + alt + T? if not, what is it you want then?

the problem is that i use the macro but the send does not show up. it seems strange.
audio, midi and return work but the send is not even in the pull down window under insert.
am i missing something?

if you insert a return track, the corresponding send know should show up in your tracks. if ou don't see 'any' sends, go to the view menu and select them ...

so i select a return channel and it shows up but no corresponding send channel shows up and under the view window it says that the send channel function is selected.
i have taken 2 screenshots of the results if anyone would care to see the set up and results i get. (just need to know where to send the jpg's.
this is strange. shouldn't be this difficult. nothing i see under prefs or defaults.
any help or possible bug related issue knowledge would be great.

ableton changed 'return' into 'send' somewhere along the road. it's just a different name for the same thing...
