Ableton little workflow improvement

Hi ,

I'm currently trying to improve my workflow and would like to do this trick I've read :

"Plug list
If you are working with a particularly large rack and don't want to keep scrolling through it to get to the plug-in you want to tweak, right-click on the Track View in the bottom left-hand corner to see a list of all of the plug-ins in the rack. Simply select one to jump right to it."


Also referenced in the manual as :

"If you would like to locate a particular device in a Rack without searching manually through its entire contents, you will appreciate this navigation shortcut: right-click (PC) / CTRL - click (Mac) on the Device View selector, and a hierarchical list of all devices in the track’s device chain will appear. Simply select an entry from the list, and Live will select that device and move it into view for you. "

I don't get it I don't see the list.




Also for automation : Is it possible when I edit a breakpoint to only move it horizontaly (and lock the vertical value) ?
