smarter way entering dumb mode traktor apc40 integration

APC20 and APC40 offer additional modes of functioning usable outside ableton. That's really cool and offering way more than I expected from my Akai.

Still, the way of switching to dumb mode is rather dumb. Enter ableton, wait for the red square, only to turn it off - nonsense. I guess you could use demo for that. Is it a way to prevent consumers from buying apcs for purposes other than using ableton live? It acts against loyal customers who want to use their controllers for additional purposes.

Is there already some handshake breaker that enables dumb mode right away?

This is the only app that i know that can do this, but it is MAC only.
