how to select next scene on midi event ?

hi!

does someone know how to select next scene via a midi note?
I have to select scenes with my midi foot controller but I don't know how to do that
maybe there is a trick with the option "select next scene on launch" in preferences ?
or maybe with max for live ?

it is very important for me to do that!
any help will be much apprecied

hey, when you enter midi map mode (ctrl+M or cmd+M) some new buttons show up: they are under the tracks in the session view, plus some buttons over the master meter.
here you have stop and play buttons for every track (at the current scene), then: play scene, stop all, and NEXT-PREVIOUS scene. these are what you need. just map them to two buttons (and maybe play scene to a third) and no longer navigation issues!
