APC40: jump to selected track

Just a brief question to those who might know:
I am looking for a function on my APC40 to quickly Jump to the track selected (and possibly also the launched clip in this track) in the Ableton Live 9 software.
Of course this can be done by zooming out by SHIFT and searching through the individual "red box cells", but isn't there an easier way?
Alternatively, is there an option like "hardware interface follows software interface"?
