Transpose Audio Clip-Dummy Clip need help Ableton 9

Hello,

I would like to automate the transpose of an audio clip while is being played by a Dummy Clip(I don't know how to do it basically but it seems a logical way to achieve it.)
So I create a Dummy Audio Channel and select from the Envelopes ''clip''---''Transposition Modulation'' and I draw the envelope…I have set the output from the desire clip to Dummy Clip and the input of Dummy Clip to desire audio clip at Monitor in Selection..The transpose knob seems to moves according to my drawings but I don't hear anything.If I put any Audio effect in the Dummy Clip and draw the envelope by selecting Effect's Envelope works perfectly.
Could anyone help me?
