Hey guys,
I wanted to do kind of a build up sound and figured the easiest way to do it would be to play the crash cymbal on MIDI and then reverse it (so it starts quiet and gets louder).
If I try to reverse it though, I can't press on the "Rev" button I normally use for reversing tracks (it is greyed out).
Do I have to use another way for these kind of sounds (like drum sounds)?
Thanks in advance
(I apologize, if my English isn't that good, I'm not a native English speaker)
Trying to reverse Crash - doesn't work
Re: Trying to reverse Crash - doesn't work
is warping on or off on the sample?
i think it needs to be off.

Re: Trying to reverse Crash - doesn't work
warping needs to be on for it to work. if you need to play it in midi, i would drop it into an audio track, hit the reverse button, then right click>slice to new midi. or just drag and drop it into another drum rack.
Re: Trying to reverse Crash - doesn't work
i always resample my crashes for reverse cymbals. once i resample i hit reverse on the audio. a lot faster and easier. for me at least lol
