Note numbers in drumracks not correct?

Post by Kibosh » Fri Jun 13, 2014 4:54 pm

Hey guy's,

I'm setting up a drumrack to control the Roland TR-8 but I've noticed something weird with the note numbers vs note names in the drumracks.

In the drumrack the Note "C1" has the number "36", but as you can see on the chart in the next link, the number should be "24". http://www.phys.unsw.edu.au/jw/notes.html

Anyone noticed this before? :?:

So it's normal then. I also found another chart where Ableton was correct.

 Hmm, that audio industry
