i ve got lots of samples in drumrack and forgot to map them in the beginning to a macro.
is there a hint to copy e.g. all "transpose" values in drumrack to one macro?
forgot to map in drumrack...any hint?

there's a way, but it's a hidden feature that has never been made 'official'.
to use it, you need to add a little instruction to Live's Options.txt file.
see this general info about the Options.txt file:
https://www.ableton.com/en/articles/opt ... file-live/
once you have the Options.txt file on your system, you need to add a little instruction to it.
just type -EnableMapToSiblings in your Options.txt, save it, and restart Live.
now you can right-click a knob of a device inside a rack to map it to a macro, then right-click it again to see this:

this one copies the current value of a parameter to all other samples. i would like to map e.g. all transpose to a macro and of course not manually.

nope, that's 'copy value to siblings'.camoz wrote:this one copies the current value of a parameter to all other samples. i would like to map e.g. all transpose to a macro and of course not manually.
the option at the bottom of the menu pic is what you want.

Yep garyboozy is right. This is so helpful, I don't know why it's not enabled by default.
