Is there a way to 'stretch' a clip?

Post by Aro2220 » Mon Nov 30, 2015 3:43 am

I have a drum beat...and I like it...but the entire thing is split over 2.5 bars. Is there any way to stretch it so the same timing/tempo remains but now the clip is stretched to 3 bars?

It's not an audio clip it's just some midi notes. I just want it to increase the length of each note and the spacing inbetween them equally.

Surely there is a way to do this even if I'm not doing a very good job of describing it.

If I highlight all the notes and stretch them it doesn't conserve the spacing between the notes..it just makes them all longer so they basically start touching each other. Not what I wanted!

If I grab the little bar under the loop selection in clip view I can do it. Sweeeet!
