How to untag in Collections?

So I use the collections feature to sort my plug ins. I accidentally tagged some plugs ins into the wrong folder. How do I untag them, does anyone know?

or cmd+(the associated number)

Thanks I saw that "Clear All Colors" and I was afraid to click it. I thought it would clear all the colors on all of the plug ins and reset lol. It took me 2 hours to get those organized.

I agree it could be confusing. This useful when you have multiple colours assigned to something.
You can also just select the colour to untag your selection.
