Hey there,

trying to do a jungle style techno track with many organic sounds.
For the main Lead Sound i want to create a bird chirp likely sound.
Im not very used to the operator but do know the standard functions.

Wondering if someone has experience there and would help me shortly.

Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany!

Some filters behave in such a way that they allow a resonant peak to become a feedback tone. Operator allows you to choose filters, some of which have this behavior. If you use a little Noise and that filter with super high resonance you can set an envelope with the filter such that it chirps and stuff. Helps if you maybe saturate or add a tiny bit of reverb/delay that behave like the location you’re emulating.

Francis Prève from the above link "Scape" did a talk (link) that's available on the main Ableton Youtube channel. He walks through using Operator to make bird chirp sounds at some point in the video.
