Flatten all Tracks at once

Flatten all Tracks at once
When i prepare a Track for mixdown I usually freeze/flatten all my Tracks. Bc. I have most of my tracks grouped I can’t select all of them at once to flatten them. Is there a way to flatten all tracks at once?
