Browser empty, no VST, Push partially recognized

Hi

Anybody knows what to do when the Browser is empty?
It's Ableton live Suite Activated couple days ago with proper license. There was no Ableton live Crack on the machine, only Ableton lite 9, some time ago.
I tried to search over the internet but all i found is rebuild, rescan the library, turn on/off VST units, plus that there should be no 2 Abletons running at the same time, which is not my case.

What you'll see is that there is something populated but it disappears once i click on other sound types. When I go back it is empty.
Nowadays it is empty the whole time.
(I have the NI Komplete 9 but I cannot see a single VST in the browser)
I also have NI Maschine fully functional on my computer for ages. So the system is not completely broken, if at all.

Any idea?

Btw Push has been recognized partially as Control surface, but not in input and output. Meaning it is connected but doesn't work.

That's definitely not normal, that's a simple basic action.

I don't think other users can help you much with that, you should contact support.

I tried to contact the support but no reply since.
Just a small interesting news. The Ableton live lite works without problem. Not the full version though... weird.
