Scripting the appearance of Live (themes, colour / preferences)

I'm aware of tracks, and scenes etc that can be manipulated via the Live Object Model.

I mean the application itself, the overall look.

Is anyone aware of a way to do this, via any official or unofficial API?

I'm not sure how deeply you want to change the overal look. You can change some colours, for example track and clip colours, which is quite handy.
but you can't change integral stuff like the vector shapes of the frames or layouts of buttons.
