Acid Wav Loops to Midi convert best way?

I have a bunch of Acid loop collections (wav files).

Any tips of batch converting these to MIDI?

Any tips for best practices when converting?

Please explain what you mean by by "convert to MIDI". Are you asking about using pitch to MIDI conversion or something else entirely?
