Auto keyframing in AfterEffects using your Ableton MIDI tracks, useful for video clips

Hi all,

We made a tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLgxQlNejMM ) about how you can transform your MIDI track to a JSX After Effects script file. Useful if you like to make your own video clips 8O

Our online tool exports a script file based on your imported MIDI track and converts this into keyframes. Since we are audio minded (with some roots in visuals) we know how cumbersome keyframe based animating can get when you need to get your visuals rocksteady, crisp, clean in sync with your audio.

Since all the generated keyframes and the audio are based on the same MIDI track, you can't get it more synchronised than with this workflow.

Follow the tutorial to get an impression or visit http://www.factorysettings.net , go to tools, 'Midi Power Frame Tool Lite Edition - beta v0.1', generate an account and your off!

Make sure you set the BPM of your MIDI track before importing. With heavy files, recalculating might take to long if you do this the other way around.

Happy syncing!
