Setting up pedal board for live looping guitar

Hi,
I've just bought a FBV EXPRESS MKII pedal board for the purpose of doing live loops with guitar and bass.
I've got the setup running to some extent but I have a major issue that I cannot seem to solve.
The board has 4 triggers that are currently set to Scene Down, Scene Up, Clip Stop and Track Launch.
This setup works for a single audio track. Problem, as I understand it, is that the Path in Midi Mapping is set to the the track called 1-Audio. How do I map it so that the track that I am starting to record at is based on which track is active/selected and not always the same one?
I want to be able to use the pedal so that I can navigate up and down the scene with two buttons and start recording/loop at current scene and stop the very same loop, but at the active track instead of a single pre-defined track every time.
